25 years, 4 daughters, countless ups & downs—through it all, love, respect & teamwork kept us strong. We have never given up on each other.
We would like to thank you for supporting Chris and Angie in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We kind of met twice. At 19, a friend said Chris liked me—“Who’s Chris?” I asked. Then one night, he walked into a party with Bud Light, and we talked for hours about horses, family, and dreams. On the ride home, I sang along to a new CD. He said he liked my voice. I knew there was something special. He swears we met earlier—when I was doing a keg stand. I don’t remember, but he told his friends that night he was going to marry me.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? There are so many! Once we had to drive 14 hours to retrieve his mom’s truck. This is the only long road trip we ever got to take without kids. We took turns driving and sleeping and got to see some the most beautiful areas in West Virginia. We don’t travel much but I would absolutely get “lost” on the road with him anytime!
What would you do with $20,000?This is probably boring to some but bought our first house a few years ago so we would use the money for repairs. We are so excited to finally have a home that fits us and our four daughters. But it is a bit challenging and needs some TLC.
