We met at the Denton Freedom House (a faith based program) in 2023. I would see him look at me in church but I wanted nothing to do with him. We began volunteering at the Freedom Food Pantry and I was pretty cold towards him but the more we talked and learned about our histories, the more we became friends and that friendship just grew into this amazing love story! We weren't allowed to date while in the program but we knew we were eachothers people!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The day Kyle baptized me! I wasn't sure I was going to go through with it that morning, but during our church service I just looked over at him and told him it was time to make that commitment to God. Baptism is already so special but to have the person I'm going to spend my life with be able to be the one to baptize me, just brought a whole new level of emotional intimacy to it
What would you do with $20,000?This is easy! We would give back to the ministry that taught us how to have a relationship with God because that also taught us how to be in a healthy relationship with eachother, we would use some to plan our upcoming wedding and the rest would go towards purchasing our first home together!
