Connect How did your love story begin?

James & I are high school sweethearts, but many don’t know that we’ve known each other well before then. He was the family friend who lived a few houses down that I had a big crush on since middle school. It wasn’t until the summer before my junior year did we finally connect. We linked the summer of 2007 and have been together ever since!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

We’ve been together almost 18 years so we have lots of memorable moments together. Choosing one favorite is hard but if we had to narrow it down we would say it was one of our favorite date night shenanigans when we went restaurant hopping one night and at every location we changed names and accents and recorded all the fun and laughs. We made sure our servers were in on it and some even joined in on all the fun we were having! It was a night of lots of laughs, and so much fun!

What would you do with $20,000?

We would love to use the money to help us purchase our first home! With 3 growing boys, you can imagine how much we’ve outgrown our modest 2 bedroom apartment. We dream to give our children a yard & their own spaces; mommy her own walk in closet; daddy his man cave; and a family room big enough to entertain our always fun, sometimes loud and never without a little friendly chaos, family game nights!
