Connect How did your love story begin?

We grew up as next door neighbors- 6 year age gap. He went to school with my brother & had the privilege to know my father. Moved away at 16, he would come back to visit my brother occasionally but never able to catch him. Turned 18 & reconnected through a mutual friend. He had a daughter & shortly after we lost contact. Fast forward to 2018 when the Eagles won the Super Bowl he flew into Philly & we reconnected after the win. We did long distance for 1 1/2 & the rest is history!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

One of my favorite memories with my partner is the day I packed up my life and moved states with him. I cried in his arms the night before, scared to leave everything I knew—but I felt safe. On our 16-hour drive, we laughed, took photos, sang to our playlist, and embraced the unknown. That day changed me. I became a woman stepping into love, growth, and a new beginning—with someone who gave me light, strength, and a whole new version of myself.

What would you do with $20,000?

As new homeowners and a growing family trying for our newest addition, we are stepping into an incredibly special and transformative chapter of our lives. This season brings with it so much hope, joy, and anticipation—but also new responsibilities and unexpected challenges that come with owning a home for the very first time. Buying a house was a dream we worked hard to turn into reality. We envisioned creating a nurturing space for our children & a home where both work & life are balanced.
