We met on a dating app during a brief window when our locations overlapped. We were both feeling pretty over dating & about to delete the apps, but then we matched & something about it just clicked. The conversation was easy and felt inevitable. We even had a mutual friend, which helped confirm we were real people. After 3 weeks of nonstop talking, we had our first date. A week later, we were together. Now we’re married, and it still feels like it all came together at exactly the right time.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Some of the best memories are the simplest ones: just walking our dog together and feeling so content and grateful that we found each other, or getting the giggles when we are supposed to be going to sleep. But some other favorite highlights include when we roadtripped from New York to New Orleans, our first seafood boil together, when we had a laughing fit in the car ride home from apple picking and had to pull over, riding scooters along the coast in Portugal, and many more.
What would you do with $20,000?We would use it toward a down payment on a house! We are still deciding where we want to plant our roots, but we are so excited to find our dream place and start to really build a home together as wives.
