We technically grew up together at church but the first memory I have of him was when we were 15 & 16 years old while on an annual youth trip to Chicago riding in a 16 passenger van. The van was packed full but I heard Casey singing in a beautiful opera voice. I immediately climbed over the seats and sat with him for the rest of the 8 hour drive. We spent most of our time in Chicago together and fell in love.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We’ve made a lot of great memories over 15 years of marriage and raising our 4 kids. My favorites are all the times we clung to each other during the hard times, when we lost our first baby, my brother (his best friend) unexpectedly killed in an accident, premature birth, c-sections. Every time, Casey was my rock.
