It all began 13 years ago with a tweet—yes, on Twitter (now X). A friend’s post connected us, and from casual jokes and deep conversations, something real sparked. I was in Venezuela, he was in Miami. When we finally met, it was undeniable. After a few months, I took a leap of faith—leaving behind my family, friends, and even my career as a surgeon—to be with him and start the most meaningful chapter of my life.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?In 2020, we road-tripped from Miami to Utah in our LX450 with a roof tent, our dog Rusa by our side, and two friends in their trucks. For two epic weeks, we camped under starry skies, explored hidden gems in Utah, and visited breathtaking parks across Georgia, Colorado, and Texas. It was freedom, laughter, and adventure—one of our most unforgettable memories.
What would you do with $20,000?Our growing family is the heart of everything we do. With a toddler in tow and a baby girl on the way, we dream of turning the house we rent into our forever home—the place where our children’s first steps, birthdays, and bedtime stories unfold. That $20K would help us build not just equity, but roots, memories, and stability for the future we’re creating with love.
