We met through a mutual friend when I was 19 & he was 21 & have been together ever since abt to celebrate 13 yrs! Although we’ve had our break & make ups we’ve been through a lot since we’ve been together and are best friends as well as partners in crime 😏 we’ve been through near death experiences from both of us as well as many mental battles as I have been diagnosed with bipolar 1 since I was 15. Through birthdays and holidays to funerals of close ones we’ve been through almost it all!

When I graduated college (which took 8 years bc of the two manic episodes I endured while trying to graduate) we celebrated by taking a trip to Kauai where we were able to mend a lot of issues in our relationship while also having a blast exploring the island and going on a boat cruise which was the highlight of the trip. My partner said he got the clarity on this trip to get over some of our past issues and our relationship has been stronger ever since!

Pay off our credit card debt and put the rest aside for possible traveling with family, an upgrade in a new car and possibly, since my partner has asked for my dad’s hand in marriage, some of the money could go to the ring and our wedding!
