Connect How did your love story begin?

Our love story began on Valentine’s Day when we matched on Bumble (talk about fate). On our first date, my mom called with an actual emergency, which he thought was my way out. Instead, it was the start of something so special. Exactly one year after becoming “official”, he proposed, and we eloped to start our forever. From traveling, to adventures at home, we’re partners in every way!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

This is from early in our relationship. It was March in Michigan, and the beaches were deserted. We met for an impromptu date at the beach, talking about anything and everything for hours, completely losing track of time. I finally said, “I think the beach is closing soon,” and not 30 seconds later, a cop pulled up with his lights on. Thinking we were teenagers breaking curfew, he told us to leave. I was panicked, but Matt couldn’t stop laughing it’s a memory we’ll never forget!

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, we’d pay off our remaining debt to secure financial freedom and build a stronger future. Next, we’d invest in creating a nurturing home to begin our journey toward starting a family. From preparing a cozy space for little ones to saving for their future, this prize would help us take the next steps in building a life filled with love and the joy of parenthood. Together, we’re ready to turn our dreams of family into reality.
