We met at Clemson University. Christie caught Byron's eye during the Summer, but it wasn't until they had Physics class together the next Fall, that he let her know that he was interested. We started dating in the Spring, and 15 years later, we were finally married. Our journey wasn't easy. Finding a job during a recession, the unexpected passing of Byron's father, going back to school at 30 to get his Master's, were all factors, but we are so thankful for our love, humor and perseverance.

Being together 18 years means that there are many memories that we love. Our favorite, though cliche, would be our wedding day. It was everything thing that we had waited 15 long (Christie sighs) years for. Being able to share our love for each other with our wonderful family and our dearest friends remains one of our fondest moments. Our viral dusty vows also left all in attendance, and now, more than 61 million people around the world, a memory that we hope brings them laughter and joy.

This is an easy one for us. We have been together as a couple for a long time, and want nothing more than to add to our little family. We have been trying to expand our family since we got married, but fertility issues have plagued us. If we won the $20,000, we would use the money towards IVF treatments, that are not covered by our insurance, in hopes to bring a very loved little one into the world.
