We met on Facebook dating. He lived in Alaska and I lived in Utah. I deleted all other dating apps because I was over it. It was also scary. I was divorced at 21 and I was afraid of being hurt again. It felt safe that I could talk to this guy so far away. I thought he was super attractive. After Bryan played a show with his band he got covid and We started playing Minecraft together. A month and a half later he flew down from Juneau Alaska to meet me. That’s when our relationship began.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?On our first date my car was towed. One of my eight siblings was getting married in Columbia that day. After the video call we were gonna go on our first date to the natural history museum of Utah. We both love dinosaurs. When we were getting ready to leave we saw that my car had been towed.
What would you do with $20,000?The first thing I’d do and split it between the both of us. I’d spend mine to help me move up here to Alaska so we can live together. We’re also both independent students, supporting ourselves through school. I would use it to be able to focus on school more. I’m currently trying to be a doctor and I’d use the rest to help me through school and eat. Bryan said he’d pay off his debt and then put the rest into savings so we can buy a place for us.
