Like any modern love story, we originally connected on tinder. He said a picture of me snapping into a slim Jim caught his eye. On our first date, I made him go back to back with me before sitting down to prove his height. He said he fell in love from the moment I said I already ordered the bacon appetizer. We closed the bar that night talking and had our first dance to boyz2men “I’ll make love to you” in that empty bar after a bartender let us take over the music.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We have so many but for me it would have to be our first Valentine’s Day. He went above and beyond and took me to Sonoma Valley. We stood on this cliff looking over the vineyards and I think right in that moment we knew that we were the real deal. A friend of ours, even snapped a pic of the moment and it sits on the mantle as a reminder that before the kids, it was just the two of us fully in love.
What would you do with $20,000?Of course we would use a little for our house but for my 40th birthday Eric wants to go to take me on a whirlwind trip to Portugal and I know that $20,000 will ensure that it would be the trip of a lifetime.
