How did your love story begin?

We met on Hinge, my very first day on the app. He was the first to message me. We joked about dancing to the Backstreet Boys, and he asked me out for tacos. On our first date, he mentioned an obscure book I loved and thought no one else had read. We both deleted the app a week later. After everything we’ve been through (and it's been a lot), we met at exactly the right time. Healthy, healed, and able to truly see and understand each other in a way that feels rare and real.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Our (current) favorite memory is our first couples vacation to San Francisco. We learned that we travel exactly the same way. We love to see and experience everything we can. Parks, monuments, the ocean, art, food. We rented one of those little cars to go see the Golden Gate bridge and laughed so hard the entire time. I realized then and there that this was the man that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

What would you do with $20,000?

We would put it towards a down payment on a house. We have two tuxedo cats that we absolutely adore - Hugo and Apollo. Right now we live in a townhouse and occasionally take them out for walks on their leashes, but we would love to build them a catio so that they can have more space to play outside. Plus, we'd really love a yard. We both love to feel the grass on our toes.
