Our love story began when gaming and chatting online for over a year led to us exchanging phone numbers and Brian calling me on Valentine's Day of 2021. During this phone call, Brian shared with me that he has Cerebral Palsy and did not want me to feel "catfished." When I expressed that that did not matter to me, he sent me a video of him walking "just to be sure." It was in this moment that I knew he was my person: open and honest, vulnerable and strong. The feeling was mutual, and here we are!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories was going to Disney in December of 2022 because we both wanted to ride Splash Mountain so badly that we rushed there. When there was no line, we were told by some native Floridians that it was "too cold" and so no one wanted to go on a water ride. Not us! Brian and I hoped on an empty log and rode the ride completely alone! When the ride was over, the workers asked if we just wanted to go again since no one was on line. We happily rode it 4 times and ended up soaked!
What would you do with $20,000?Our goal as a newlywed couple who worked hard to save and pay for our own wedding is to continue to work hard to get a house of our own so that we can start and raise our own family. The $20,000 would without question be a blessing that would go toward that home and the future we are building as Mr. & Mrs. Fontanez.
