Two real ones brought together by COVID and Costco—pushing each other to grow, embracing who we are, and finding fun in the everyday.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We both work at Costco and when Covid hit in March 2020 we were put into the same department to work together, which got us to finally talk to each other. Many video chats later it lead to video chat dates where Nick would send Bri home with dinner to have dinner and a movie over video chat. During Covid when everyone was isolating, our love was growing even just through constant talking. Then creative outdoor dates watching the sunset together, making pizza. By Dec 2020 we moved in together.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? After a few in person dates, it was Nick’s birthday, so the first day we both had off we wanted to celebrate together. We went out and bought burgers, hot dogs and multiple options for s’mores. Had bbq for dinner and then a fire that night sampling different combinations of graham crackers, brownies, peanut buttercups, marshmallows and more. Bri was forcing Nick to listen to country music which he didn’t like before that moment. And that was the night Nick asked Bri to be his girlfriend.
What would you do with $20,000?We’ve been engaged for a year and are planning to get married next August 2026. Our hope is that the money would go towards us buying a house shortly after the wedding to be able to start a family in.
