It was Love at first sight at my Brothers Black Airmen’s Banquet on October 23,1985. It was such a beautiful moment,we just smiled at each other. At that time my Parents were there and most of my Family.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?The many trips that we went on after we started to date. Our paths crossed even before we met. Germany,our children were born in the same hospital (the Naval Base Hospital at Broad in Philadelphia)and we attended the same church (Bethel Baptist Church)in southwest Philadelphia.then I found out that we lived about 5 blocks from each other in southwest Philadelphia…all this time we had never met until 1985. Then in then in the 1970’s I lived in Willingboro New Jersey and Fred lived in Deptford NJ
What would you do with $20,000?Save some and use some to have a banquet this time with our Blended Family of 8 adult children and 23 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
