I saw Brandon across the table at a wedding. I asked everyone at the table what their names were so I could get his, master genius I know. I asked him to get a drink with me and we danced the night away. I got his number and asked him out. A couple of days later we went on our first date that lasted 8 hours. The rest is history! A beautiful, nerdy, great story that will continue!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Brandon and I watch the Lord of the Rings trilogy every year for New Years Eve. We love that world so much. We have played multiple board games, we quoted LOTR in our vows, played the Lego Wii games, and have cooked meals from the LOTR cookbooks. We go to nerd conventions, and when the opportunity to meet Sean, Billy, Dom and Elijah came up, well what else were two big nerds going to do! Our picture with the four of them hangs up in our apartment, and we talk about this day often.
What would you do with $20,000?We didn’t have the money for a honeymoon, so going on our dream trip would be the perfect thing for us to do. Whether that be exploring Japan, or doing the LOTR tour in New Zealand, this would finally give us the opportunity to do so.
