After following our hearts to Florida, we met on a sunny Sunday and never wanted the day to end. Together, we’ve run races, survived many hardships together including losing our home to Hurricane Ian — only to rebuild our lives and love even stronger. Proving that if we can survive all this...we can survive marriage. So we said yes to faith. We adopted our puppy Anni on our 1-year anniversary and still celebrate every Sunday. Each morning, Brad kisses me and says, “Thank you for saying yes.”
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory isn’t joyful — it’s powerful. After Hurricane Ian destroyed our home, we stood in the wreckage with nothing left but love. That moment redefined us. We lost “things,” but we gained something unshakable — a lifetime partnership of resounding resilience and proof that storms can’t touch what truly matters: each other.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d use the $20,000 to help pay off the remaining debt from rebuilding our home after Hurricane Ian — turning loss into love and strength. A portion would also sponsor others on their transformation journey. We've lived the struggle of starting over, and we know how powerful it is to have support when life knocks you down. Helping others rise is the greatest way to honor our own story.
