Connect How did your love story begin?

We met on Discord during one of the hardest times in our lives. What started as late-night chats quickly became a deep connection—comfort, laughter, and something we didn’t expect. After a year of voice calls, messages, and canceled plans, I finally flew out during the peak of COVID to visit him for his birthday. I was only supposed to stay two weeks, but I couldn’t bring myself to leave. Just a few months later, he drove across the country to bring me home.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory is when we went to see three of our favorite bands live. It was our first concert together, and the energy was electric from the moment we got there. We sang at the top of our lungs, lost ourselves in the music, and held each other close the whole night. It wasn’t just about the bands—it was about being fully present, together, doing something we both loved. That night is burned into my heart as one of those perfect, unforgettable moments.

What would you do with $20,000?

If we won, we’d finally have the wedding we’ve always dreamed of. We've been common law married for years, but never had the chance to celebrate our love with family and friends. The money would go toward making that dream a reality—something beautiful, personal, and filled with the people who’ve supported us along the way. After everything we’ve built together, having a real ceremony would mean the world to us.
