We hadnt seen each other in 16 yrs.The moment we laid eyes on each other again, it was like oxygen. We are one soul inhabiting 2 bodies.

Years ago, his father was the pastor of our church. I was in an abusive relationship. His mother took me and my daughter in and just decided we were now family. It wasn't our time then. But we reconnected 16 Years later. The moment we saw each other it was like, "Oh, there you are. I've been waiting for you." We were both in a place where we could be together. We saw each other after all that time. He kissed me and that was it. We married 2 weeks later. And every day it gets better and better.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? It's going to sound cheesy, but every single day is our favorite time together. Whether it's spent with him playing the guitar for me on our back deck in the evenings. Or walking the beach together with him humoring me and my search for rocks or shells. Or sitting next to each other in the evenings watching our shows together before bed. We are best friends and every memory we create together is my favorite.
What would you do with $20,000?Norway. We would go to Norway. It is a bucketlist dream for each of us. That's one of the things we found so charming about one another before we were together. Each of our dreams were to go to Norway. To hold hands and watch the Northern Lights. To take a deep breath and reflect on just how small we are in the grand scheme of things.
