Connect How did your love story begin?

Before we met, Simon and I had both experienced an unlucky streak of heartbreak. After connecting online, neither of us had high expectations for our first date. I remember meeting him for the first time and seeing his warm and welcoming smile. My expectations soared after that! Every day they have been met and exceeded, and our love grows stronger by the second. Together we have celebrated personal milestones, challenges, and the adoption of our shelter cat!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

My favorite memory with Bianka is when we had one of our early dates at the DC waterfront. We wanted to celebrate our anniversary so we grabbed some dinner at a seafood restaurant with a great view of the water. The food was delicious and as we were dining the sun was setting, which made it even more romantic. After dinner we held hands as we walked over to a concert venue to catch a show. The concert was great and we danced together to the music. It was such a fun night!

What would you do with $20,000?

If selected, we would use the money to finally take the next step and move in together! We are both fresh in our careers and money is extra tight, which means that we have thus far had to wait on moving in together due to financial constraints. $20,000 would mean we could finally live together as a happy family!
