Connect How did your love story begin?

I saw her in the hallway of her mother's home while there to visit her brother and thought she was breathtaking. We stayed friendly and always talked when we saw each other through the years. We both had a child, married, and had romantic lives elsewhere. She never knew how I felt until we began dating and I told her of my historic affinity for her. 6 and a half years ago we first kissed and began an amazing journey together. -Ben

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

On a short weekend trip to Eureka Springs Arkansas, Ben booked a stunning hotel room with a hot tub and a beautiful view. I was stunned with the amount of effort he put into booking this room. That moment let me know how much he cares and that he would continue to make effort romantically. We enjoyed pleasant walks, delicious food, shopping at local shops and wonderful conversation. It was an amazing and romantic trip and gesture. -Miloe

What would you do with $20,000?

We are getting married in January and saving for our first home- so this $20,000 would go towards creating the kind of space where we can grow old, dance in the kitchen, and argue (lovingly) over how many dogs is too many. We've both been through a lot-loss, growth, and and everything in between-but we've come out of it more connected than ever. The $20,000 would help us support our shared dreams, make time for family and building a life rooted in love, not just logistics.
