Our love began online but quickly turned real, we bonded over family, dreams, and shared passions. Doug moved from El Salvador to the U.S., and in 2021, he asked me to be his boyfriend at Disneyland. I was the happiest person on earth. We met each other’s families, explored each other’s worlds, and on a hilltop in El Salvador, we said yes to forever.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory is our first trip together to El Salvador. I saw Doug’s childhood home, met the people who know him best, and explored all his favorite places growing up. From volcanoes to rocky beaches, every moment brought us closer and helped us understand each other more deeply. It was beautiful in every way.
What would you do with $20,000?There's so much that can be done with $20,000. It only makes sense to first share that with the most important people in our lives who have always supported our love no matter what. An extra special honeymoon also wouldn't hurt! One of our goals in life is to travel to as many places as we can, and there is so much we would love to see.
