We went to the same school. We were always very close friends. He went through addiction early on. It was a hard time for us. But he’s been clean for 5 years now. And I’m so proud of him. He does everything he can to take care of me.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Definitely the pumpkin carving and photos. He is always on board for all my wacky ideas. We go to tubing events even though he hates water and can’t swim. He does so much for me. We’re trying to plan trips for next year after he settles in to his new work title.
What would you do with $20,000?Well right now we live with his family on a shared lease, and it’s fine but we’re getting older and it would be nice to have our own place soon. Or maybe invest in our own vehicle. Right now we borrow a relatives, but it’s having a bunch of issues. And he just started a new position as General Manager at a new location so that could help with the transition. Or maybe this could be the cushion we need to start our engagement.
