We are best friends, lovers, partners, and don’t take each other for granted. We work together as a team in all aspects of life.

We met in high school through a friend. We didn’t go to the same high school. We dated a couple months but then went our separate ways in life. Then we reconnected a little over 15 years later. True love finds its way back around. We have been told that we are “the goal” when it comes to a relationship because the love we have for each other shows through the way we treat each other all the time. We both thought we knew what love was in other relationships but there’s nothing like what we have.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?It took him a couple years of dating before he ever said “I love you”. He didn’t talk about feelings much in the beginning. When he finally said it, we were laying in bed watching tv and the Popeyes commercial came on. The saying says “Love that chicken from Popeyes” so while cuddling he says “babe I love you more than Popeyes chicken”. It was his goofy way of saying “I love you” for the first time. He’s still not big on words when it comes to feelings but he SHOWS me love everyday.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put some aside for our kids school tuition for their Christian school. As well as decorate our house. We’ve lived in this house for about 3 years but haven’t been able to fully decorate it the way we want to make it feel more like our home.
