We met on Plenty of Fish. Planned to go bowling for our first date, but never made it. We talked for hours instead. Within days, I was falling for him. Within weeks, I knew I’d marry him. That night changed everything. We skipped the game- but won something better, each other. In fishing terms- greatest catch of my life. We have gone through literal hell and high water in our first year and our love is stronger than ever.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our second date at Anna Maria Island. The waves were high, but we dove in to the water and to us with our hearts first. We walked the shores hand in hand and the sun set and so did any doubt that this was real and we were falling fast. We didn’t want the night to end and spent the night together talking, dreaming and wrapped in each others arms. It was then that I knew my heart had found a home.
What would you do with $20,000?Get it all in $1s, fill up the bathtub and swim in it. Haha. In all seriousness, Austin was off of work for six months and we would use the money to pay off some bills. We are also getting married on New Year’s Eve and would use the rest to go on an amazing honeymoon next year!
