What makes us a great couple is our common values, love of community, family and friends.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met in 2018 through a mutual friend who introduced us on July 6th in the Short North. A series of miscommunications that night left us alone together, and we ended up talking, laughing, and connecting. Ashley later messaged me that she got home safely—with a cat update. We went on our first date eight days later, moved in together in July 2020, and on March 12, 2023, Ashley said, “Of course,” and we were officially engaged.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? Our favorite memory is when I met Ashley’s parents at their campground. I stepped away, came back, and Ashley and her mom were gone—leaving me alone with her dad. He looked at me and said, “Alright, Quentin, trial by fire!” I braced for a serious talk, but instead he asked how to fix the TV. I quickly replied, “Just need to adjust the aspect ratio.”
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, Ashley and I would restore our backyard patio—left unfinished after a company ghosted us during the pandemic—and make much-needed repairs to other areas of our home.
