facebook. seriously!! we have loads of friends in common, but we’d never yet crossed paths. he sent me a friend request and i was instantly attracted to him. he didn’t message me, i waited for ages, he said he was scared. finally he messages me and asked for my number… i was in london (where i lived at the time) about to travel to los angeles for work. he lives and is from chicago. he invited me to chicago, and i’ve never left.

we have so many incredible memories, like when we first facetimed, when we went on our first holiday together, when we found out we were pregnant, dancing all night in dive bars, family,when we found out we’re expecting twins!! my favourite moment to mention is when he flew me to chicago so we could spend the week together, and i saw him from the back, his beautiful dyed blue hair, i almost ranskipped over to him, turned him around and kissed him right on the lips in the crowded airport chicago.

well, we are expecting surprise twins july 20th, so we hope to build the most beautiful life for our family, we want our little dash and cash to experience everything! of course we’ll use it to get everything we don’t yet have for our babies, but also a lovely first family holiday to london, a place i consider home. i can’t wait to show my babies the beautiful sights, the pubs, the culture, my friends and family, and of course, awful food!!
