We’ve been together for 7 years, we’re both big Pokemon nerds and travel all over the U.S for different concerts now!
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
Nick worked at the grocery store next to my apartment building, and I walked in 5 mins before close to buy a loaf of bread. He ended up walking me out of the store and I was head over heels for him! We had some mutual friends so I told them I liked him and they set us up on Halloween. We ended up talking in the cold until 3am and exchanged numbers. We officially became a couple at our friend’s Christmas party, where we kissed in the middle of the room and our friends applauded us!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I surprised Nick with tickets to a My Chemical Romance concert (his favorite band) a few years ago and we accidentally got seats in the absolute highest row of the stadium (and I’m afraid of heights). The show was absolutely incredible but the adventure of braving the seats and later exploring Detroit together after the show is a memory I treasure.
What would you do with $20,000?We have been talking about getting engaged and married soon, and this money would go towards a wedding for us! We don’t have a lot of family between the two of us so we’ve been trying to raise money for a few years on our own and we just haven’t been able to make it happen yet.
