Our story began when my sister and I made the spontaneous decision to move to Florida. Not long after arriving, I was invited out for drinks by a friend who had also lived in Massachusetts. That night, I met him — the first person I connected with here — and from that moment on, we’ve been inseparable. Like any real relationship, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges, especially when it came to our age difference — I’m two years older than he is.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory of us would have to be our third date when I finally got to meet his friends. As they described this character, it seems so out of the ordinary for me. He was funny talkative, but according to his friends, he was shy and quiet. It wasn’t until years later that I appreciated that memory because I realized that I made a lasting impression from the moment we met.
What would you do with $20,000?Honestly, I would take this money to jumpstart. Our family. Dealing with infertility has not been easy and the financial burden that it has caused us is extremely stressful.
