We are the fun friends. We met in high school and finally got married in 1999. How do we make it work? Laughter and forgiveness. Repeatedly.
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
I was a freshman in high school when I met Robbie, a Junior, at the very first high school party I ever went to. I had a huge crush on him and he repeatedly broke my 14 year old heart until I got tired of being toyed with. We dated other people, but we always came back to each other. Eventually, I thought I had moved on for real…and he realized then that I was the one and he pursued me until I caved!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? My favorite memory of us as a couple would have to be our backpacking trip to Europe back in 1994. We traveled for two months, mostly by train, hit 13 countries, and fell in love again in each one while experiencing the whole world!
What would you do with $20,000?What would we do with $20K? That depends if we are being practical or if we are living the dream! We desperately need a new kitchen and two new bathrooms in our 1954 ranch-style house, but 20K would be a drop in that bucket. So we might as well go on a dream vacation instead! If he chooses the destination, it’s Croatia. If I choose, it’s the Maldives!!
