My sweet husband was working at my Dad’s store, we were 16, he said when he saw me he thought I was the most beautiful girl he had ever seen, after that he gave me a dozen carnations every week for months to try to get me to go out with him. He was an average student in school so to appease him I told him if he received all A’s on his next report card that I would go out with him, months later he handed me a report card with all A’s, the rest is history! ♥️
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our trip to Disneyworld for our 40th Anniversary. We have devoted our lives to our children and now grandchildren so we didn’t vacation as a couple. We had so much fun at dinners, photo ops, rides, we acted like a couple of children, and all the memories of our young love flooded back to us. We just love being together, you can tell by the looks on our faces.
What would you do with $20,000?Recently my husband had a health issue and we almost lost him. He has been so supportive of me by opening our home to my father when he got Alzheimer’s, to nursing my mother when she took ill. He will do anything for anyone so I would like to take him on a dream cruise to Alaska. I want to enjoy every moment I have with him, because I can’t imagine doing life without him!
