We met at work. I thought he was very handsome and apparently my laugh captivated him. But we were just friends for 3 years. After his son almost died in a car accident, we became better friends. It took him 3 years to finally ask me out, but when he did, we went from zero to 100. We dated for 5 weeks, got engaged, and got married 3 months later. We've been married for 18 years.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We've shared so many good and challenging moments as a couple. I think the best part of life has been becoming grandparents. Andy, also known as Papa, dresses up for Christmas every year for our grandchildren. They love it and appreciate him bringing them such joy. It's really our favorite thing to do every year. We love the joy it brings!
What would you do with $20,000?We are planning a 20-year vow renewal in 2027, so the money would go towards the celebration with family and friends.
