After completing college in 2023, I moved from Wisconsin to Pennsylvania to start my first career. Alvin was one of the first people I met, and he was immensely kind to me. We were in the same work rotational program, so we were able to build a very close friendship. After almost of full year of platonic friendship, he decided to make a move on me on St. Patrick’s day and we’ve been together since!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Our favorite memory together was our first trip together at the beginning of our relationship. We travelled to Atlanta (so incredibly early in the morning) for Shaky Knees festival. The reason that it was so memorable was because we found a random tarot card on the ground (Elise reads tarot cards), and it was a 10 of cups, which, “signifies strong relationships, family well-being, and a sense of completion and joy in life”. This felt like a sign that we were meant to be together.
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would help us save for our future together, whether that be used for a down payment on a house or our future wedding. Times are tough for a lot of Americans, and $20k would also help our day to day expenses seem less daunting, and allow us to live life with less stress on our shoulders.
