140 characters isn’t enough to express my love for Matt but I was lucky to find him when I did. He’s truly one in a million and sets the bar
You decide who wins $20,000 and appears in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple
We met on Facebook dating. In a generation where love seems to be impossible to find and connections have become overwhelmingly superficial, I was able to meet Matt on Facebook dating after a friend of mine met her current husband there. The both of us had given up on the expectation of relationships and were swiping passively until we landed on one another’s profiles.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? There’s no particular moment that stands out to me, but we always say it’s been about the little things. I love being able to wake up next to him or when he does small gestures, like tucks my hair behind my ear or when he wakes me up every morning to physically place my pill for my autoimmune disease in my mouth to make sure I take it. Matt’s favorite memory is when we first said I love you. He waited to tell me for a while and when I said it first, he was so happy he could say it back.
What would you do with $20,000?We would begin to build our life together. Maybe we would put the money towards our wedding or a house ◡̈
