Our love story began when we were around 15/16 years old. We were very close friends in High School, and he would chase me and ask me out all the time! I finally caved in and let him take me on a date, immediately I knew he was going to be in my life forever. He’s still my absolute best friend, I wouldn’t change anything for the world.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?My favorite memory of us a couple would be when my husband came home from his deployment. I was so nervous and I hadn’t seen him in 6/7 months. It was freezing outside so I was shaking, couldn’t tell if it was the cold breeze or just anxiety! After hours of waiting for the Marine Corps okay for the boys to join their family, he came right up to me and we embraced and all that anxiety/ shivering went away. I was so nervous! It was like we were meeting all over again! We couldn’t stop embracing.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, we would be able to rent a home when my husband gets out of the Marine Corps. It’s something we have stressed about for such a long time. We would also pay off our debt, and honestly maybe go on a small romantic vacation because we’ve never done that! Overall with $20,000 we would use it to genuinely help our lives become better and to finally lift some stress of my husband’s shoulders.
