We met almost 6 years ago and have been together ever since. Also, I got to work on two Marvel Studios films because of Alicia (long story)!
We would like to thank you for supporting Alicia & Chris in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met on Tinder (I know). It was this odd Tinder prompt that was about the apocalypse happening. Based on the decisions one made it would determine potential matches. That’s how I matched with Alicia. What I didn’t know was that the app didn’t give her that scenario. So she had no clue why I was asking her how we’d survive the end of the world. But she went along with it and we came with a rather genius plan. Next thing I know, we had our first date shortly afterwards.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?I used to be an aspiring actor. It didn’t work out and I still miss acting to this day. One night I came home after a bit of drinking and was monologuing at Alicia in our living room. Much later, there was an opportunity to work on Guardians of the Galaxy 3. I told Alicia about it and she strongly urged me to apply. After a couple months, I got an email saying they wanted me to work in the film. It was all thanks to her that I got to have a dream of mine come true.
What would you do with $20,000?We’d definitely use some of it to pay off some debts. The rest we would use to travel all over the world! Our first stop would be South Korea. Then probably Australia and/or New Zealand. And possibly Europe, leftover funds permitting.
