We are both from Chicago, and I was about to move to California when we met at my God-mother's house. John had just moved to FL and drove back to Chicago (23hrs) running from his 1st hurricane when he stopped by his best friend's house which happen to be my God-sister (which we never knew) We exchanged numbers and 3 weeks later we went to dinner, and we hung out all weekend. I moved to Cali and we continued our long-distanced romance for 2 yrs. A surprise engagement came in 2019.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of my favorite memories is our 1st date at Steak 48 in downtown Chicago, in which we really got to know one another. We had great conversation and genuinely enjoyed each other's company where we didn't want to leave one another. All night people were saying we looked good together and asked how long we've been together because we looked like we've been together a long time even though that was our very1st date.
What would you do with $20,000?I would pay off our credit cards and surprise my husband with a European trip we have been wanting to go on for our 5th anniversary next year.
