Alex hosts Karaoke once a week at my favorite dive bar. My very first time there I walked in while they were singing a panic at the disco song. I immediately had a crush. I properly met them a few months later by random happenstance. We got on really well but there were 1000 reasons why WE couldn’t happen at that time. Almost 3 years of friendship in waves later, they asked me to be in a band. I said yes.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?We were doing our first band photoshoot at their parents farmhouse. I insisted on doing their hair and there was a moment when they flipped their hair back up and looked up at me and it was like a switch flipped. As corny as it sounds I swear I could actually FEEL the chain latch between the two of us.
What would you do with $20,000?We would take that money and put it towards making our home together and furthering our music journey. We’ve both had such horrid luck with housing situations in our adulthood. Having that 20k would add a huge relief of stability.
