We met in the cruise ship port of Amber Cove Dominican Republic. I was on vacation.He was working. We chatted, and instantly connected! We exchanged contact information, began talking and 6 months later I returned for a visit and we ended up married. Had a lovely wedding and shortly down the road we filed for him to move to America legally. COVID hit and embassy's closed for awhile but finally he made it to America and here we are 9 years later still together and happy.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Finally getting Alberto to America and starting our lives together,introducing him to my family and friends. Other than our road trips where I can show him our beautiful country as he did for me in Dominican Republic, I would say cooking Dominican food for my extended family.It was a hit! They loved it. We try to always have date nights and do fun things together at least once a week because our work schedules are hectic so it is hard to pin point just one favorite memory.
