Connect How did your love story begin?

Becca was performing standup at a local bar and Alan was in the audience. We got to talking after and Becca got distracted and forgot her phone. Alan turned it into the bar and reached out to let her know and the rest was smooth LA driving from there! Alan would drive an hour or more to see her perform all over LA and we fell in love laughing!

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Right after our DIY wedding at an abandoned amusement park, we jet-set to Iceland for our honeymoon! Alan has a degenerative eye disease and was worried he’d never see the Northern Lights so we made sure to give ourselves the opportunity! We saw stars, hiked glaciers, climbed through ice caves, ate stinky fish and did trivia with locals in a tiny fishing town. Our trust and love grew on our first big trip and it was the perfect way to come home as newlyweds!

What would you do with $20,000?

We just bought a home and it is in need of some serious repairs. Alan works from home and when Becca isn’t on the road, she is running a doggy daycare out of the house as well. We need our home to be a relaxing place for everyone. To not have to spend our limited time together DIY-ing our space would be such a gift! We’d also love to throw a get together for our west coast friends since our wedding was family only!
