We saw each other across campus and felt it. A spark. We followed each other, but nothing happened.. yet. Then we kept crossing paths, too stunned to say more than “hi.” During Mardi Gras, everything changed. We found each other at The Boot. We drank, talked, laughed, and danced. We never stopped. That night turned into days, then into love. A year and a half later, we’re still falling....harder every day.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Graduating college together. May 10th 2025. We watched each other walk the stage and screamed like fools. It was magic. We pushed each other through every all-nighter and breakdown. We make each other better. Both magna cum laude. Power couple energy. It was the absolute best day. There's truly nothing like achieving something huge side by side with the love of your life.
What would you do with $20,000?We would pay off our student loans. Akhil is an international student working hard to build a life in the US. I am pursuing more education to become a PA. This money would ease so much stress. It would help us start our life together with more peace and stability. We could dream bigger. Maybe even get engaged sooner. It would mean the world.
