Connect How did your love story begin?

We met on campus and kept crossing paths—over and over, like fate pushing us together. Then I saw him at my hometown gym… so he’s local? I wondered. On Christmas Eve, my family tried a new church—it turned out to be his childhood school. After so many unexpected meetings, we stopped questioning it and chose to turn coincidence into something real. It felt too perfect to ignore. We chose to meet on purpose—and the rest is history.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Going up north to the cabin his grandfather built was one of the most meaningful times we’ve shared. I had heard so much about it—had even painted it for his 21st birthday—but being there in person felt different. He shared a piece of his family history with me. We spent five full days together, surrounded by the quiet peacefulness of the lake, the sound of coyotes howling in the distance, and stars so clear and bright they didn’t seem real. I made a short montage to hold on to the memories.

What would you do with $20,000?

If Aidan and I were lucky enough to win $20,000, it would be life-changing. We’d put most of it toward a down payment on our first home—a place to build our future after graduation. Aidan is incredibly smart with money and always thinking ahead, and this would bring that dream within reach. I’d also love to set aside a small portion for a short getaway—just the two of us—to make new memories before real life takes over. Something worth holding onto. Something worth remembering.
