Connect How did your love story begin?

We were childhood camp friends, with some sort of unexplainable adhd fascination with each other. Silent and potent. I saw him bald and rebel, and he saw me rebel and in my masculine era. After years of seeing so many parts of each other as friends, the invisible string theory worked its fucking magic! We’ve been inseparable since and currently are long distance but we work hard every day for our plans of being permanent together again and investing together.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

Favorite memory has to be the most chaotic. We decided to go to NYC on a whim, 1 day before NYE. We left everything and went to the airport together. Missed our flight. No other flights went out to NYC…we’re screwed. Got rebooked to Boston only to find out the flight was already gone and they sent our luggage off. We went to Boston anyway to chase our luggage & take a bus to NYC. No luck finding our luggage so we had a romantic 4 days in nyc buying abnormally large undies at the bodega. I loved.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000 it would change my life and his. I would do anything to help him succeed. I would pay my $1000 debt right now, we would hire an accountant, we would invest $10000 into a beautiful home in Houston Texas. We would put some $3,000 in a Roth IRA for our future. The remaining $6000 would be used for car maintenance, maybe a few gifts, and PROBABLY TWO TICKETS TO EUROPE.
