How did your love story begin?

We actually met when we were 12 years old- both playing members of Fagan's Gang in a local production of Oliver. We reconnected at Kent State University where we grew to be close friends in our 5 years in the theatre department there. We did not even date in all this time. Fast forward 7 years - Adam was home from living abroad for his sister's wedding, and Lisa had an amazing 3 year old daughter. We met for coffee one day in July, by November we were married.

What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?

This is by far the hardest question. We've shared so many unbelievable memories in such a relatively short time - our little local-elope and minimoon, time as our family of 3, the birth of each of our other 2 children, welcoming our fur babies, moving across country, living abroad, traveling... It is hard to choose one, because each memory holds its place in our hearts. I think probably our favorite memory may be one we have not even had yet.

What would you do with $20,000?

Adventures can be costly- and the boring and responsible thing would be for us to use this money to pay the debt we have accrued by Living. We would also love to take a proper honeymoon - which we have never had the opportunity to afford - either with time or money, since we have had an unconventional family and courtship. We chose to skip the bells and whistles on the wedding, and this could give us the chance to be responsible AND treat ourselves! Maybe even host a destination vow renewal.
