We met traditionally… online. We had small expectations but high goals for ourselves individually. We started with active dates. First axe throwing, then ice skating, next paddle boarding, and discovered how easy it was to do things together. After a little over a month, I had heartburn during a date. After two days without relief he took me to the hospital and it was discovered I actually was having a heart attack. Zac met my family while I was in hospital and never left my side after that.
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?One of our favorite memories is when Zac was in San Diego, away from home for the Navy and I went to visit him. He showed me around places he knew, we went to the San Diego Zoo, and he arranged to have our picture taken at the USS Midway with the giant statue of a sailor kissing a nurse in uniform. We dressed in uniform and to this day it is my favorite picture of us.
What would you do with $20,000?If we won $20,000 we would use it to host our family for our wedding in Beavercreek Colorado, at the same chapel where his parents married. Some of it would also go toward a dream honeymoon to Greece. We want to experience the crystal clear water, native cuisine, and historic scenery.
