It all started with karaoke at a work happy hour & a bet- Kenny bet Denise that the local dive bar “The Shamrock” had the best wings…. Denise did not believe him & she was wrong! Best peanut butter wings & best date ever. We used to sneak on dates before we told our colleagues- Denise only posted pictures of “cheersing” a beer, ice cream, etc in which only a male thumb was seen. No one knew who it was… until the colleague who sat next to him at lunch every day said to Denise- I know that thumb!
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple?Hiking together and having sandwiches + a mountain beer is the best- our together time. But truly, getting married on our deck 4/5/2024 was the best memory. Just our parents, officiant, and our photographer on our deck. We were able to celebrate with Big Kenny (Kenny’s father) by sharing this moment just prior to his passing. Through things out of our control, Kenny and I learned to be calm and find beauty in the hard things. On this day, we recognized that great team (us!) can handle anything.
What would you do with $20,000?1. Say THANK YOU! 2. Pay off student loans/ debt! 3. Investment and save for a future home, wherever that may be. 4. Hopefully starting a family!? 5. Continue donating to local charity/ people in the community. 6. De-stress with a fresh start 😮💨
