We met on MySpace in November 2006. I came across Nicole’s picture and felt compelled to send her a message. What started as emails and phone calls quickly turned into something special. On December 6, 2006, she asked if I would be hers, and I happily said yes. That simple message changed both of our lives. Nearly 20 years later, we are still together, stronger than ever, building a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering commitment.

Our favorite memory as a couple was our trip to Colorado on November 12, 2020. There was something special in the air that made us slow down, appreciate life, and be grateful for every moment. The peace and beauty surrounding us brought us even closer together. We shared the experience with family, making it even more meaningful. One of our loved ones who joined us passed away in April 2023, making that trip even more precious. It remains one of our greatest blessings.

Nicole and I would use the $20,000 as a down payment on our forever home. After nearly 20 years together, raising our children and now enjoying our grandchildren, homeownership would be the foundation of our next chapter. We have spent our lives caring for others, and this opportunity would help us create a place filled with love, family, and lasting memories. We’re ready to enjoy this season of life together until God calls us home.
