I first met my husband when he was working at Disneyland and I was an annual pass holder. My sister and I saw him on the Jungle Cruise and we got on his boat. After getting off the ride my sister insisted that I talk to him, but he was working and I didn’t want to put him in an awkward situation while at work. So my sister asked if I would contact him if she could find him on Facebook, and I agreed thinking there’s no way she could find him. Lo and behold she found him so I had to message him

My favorite memory was when we were walking in Huntington Beach along the sidewalk on our way to the beach. Out of nowhere he picked me up (there was a palm branch blocking the sidewalk) as these 3 guys were walking past at the same time, the 1st one said “he’s a keeper” as the 3rd one said “yeah palm branches are dangerous”. I laughed so hard. The timing of those guys was so perfect, I was convinced he had to have paid them to do it!

My husband and I have been married almost 8 years and we never got to go on a honeymoon so we would use some of the money to finally go on our honeymoon to Japan and then we would put the rest into a down payment for a house of our own.
