I think what makes us a great couple is neither of us take life too seriously. We both loved to laugh, with each other or at each other.
We would like to thank you for supporting The Ridgeways in this year's competition. Your participation allows us to aid both the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Oceana in their respective missions to support hunger relief and ocean conservation.
We met working at a restaurant: Buffalo Wild Wings. After working together for a few weeks, one day after a long shift we were both sitting at a table taking a breather before we left. He was inhaling a large extra saucy plate of wings and somehow we ended up sitting there for over an hour talking about life, family, religion, and politics, and managing to laugh the whole time, despite the seriousness of the topics. Afterwords, I left that table and went home knowing my life was about to change
What is your favorite memory you've shared as a couple? The day we got married (yes I know, typical), was literally the best day of our lives. The way our families and friends blended so well. The joy bouncing off of us and our loved ones was almost tangible. Our ceremony was intimate, non religious, but still sacred. But our reception, it was love and life and joy in motion. No one stopped dancing. I laughed and danced all night. We were typsy but more off of love than alcohol. It was all just a perfect picture in motion.
What would you do with $20,000?First we would pay off our debt that we have been slowly chipping away at. And after we are done being responsible, I would love to travel with the rest before we settle down and start trying to have a baby.
